This was so easy to apply and worked with one application. If people are disintegrating the sponge then they’re clearly using it to scrub the suede. Just press down and you see the liquid come out. Then gently move the sponge around after that. Used a suede brush after fully dried and all great! Then treated with a water proofing liquid. Review: Really good product - Great product.
