I have got several boxes full of useless kitchen gadgets that seemed like a good idea at the time. This grater will not be ending up in one of those boxes! It is absolutely brilliant! I’m getting on in years and struggle grating cheese and various vegetables because the old hands aren’t as nimble as they were in my youth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice grater

My grater has just arrived, promptly & well packed. It appears well made, I think it will last a long time. It is very easy to put together & use. Also easy to clean. BUT, I must admit that I'm rather disappointed, because, in my opinion there could be improvement in the following area's. 1...The blades do a fairly good job but could be even sharper. (The use of a more superior steel & sharpened more would suffice, surgical steel acid etched, maybe??) 2...There should be a 3rd drum blade which has holes IN BETWEEN the the large & small drums supplied. As the larger holed one has holes which are too big for some tasks & the smaller drum has holes which are too small. A 3rd drum with middling size holes would be ideal. 3...It would be nice to have say a linen draw bag to store the spare drums when not in use. OR perhaps even a complete hard storage case for the whole unit and/or drums, like some other systems. Having said that, I have still given 4*, I was toying with 3* but the unit overall is better than 3*, shame about not having an in between size holed drum or it would have been 5*.
