I needed one which works great with my standing desk. It’s already assembled, except the hand bands, if you want to use it. And one little screw to change the height of the pedals. There is a digital counter on the product to see what you do. And that is just true!I will add that I was able to stand on it backwards and it then clear targeted the backs of my thighs. I was also able to use it while sitting, which I think will target core a bit more.This thing is far from perfect. I couldn't seem to get the tension to adjust at all. It's just stuck where it is. The bands it comes with are strangely long. They don't really become tight until their at shoulder level, and I'm 5'8".Overall, it would be a great thing to have around to step on a few times a day and just get some 'steps' in. It has a small footprint and is very low profile.
