The instructions say eat 2 per hour, after the first one I noticed the hunger pains going away ( I am 5' 9" about 125 ) so a larger person might eat the required dose, but for me one was plenty. It kept me from being hungry for some time ( about an hour ) then it was time for another one. All in all they taste good, keep the hunger pains under control, and a pack is going in each of my go bags. P.S.
