I just ordered a second pair to store for later in case these stop being made. I wear them anytime I don't have regular shoes on. They give me plenty of cushioned arch support and absorb shock really well. It is firm enough to be supportive, but not too stiff. I also got new insoles from desertcart to wear in my skechers sneakers, and I bought a pair of casual Kuru shoes. All of these interventions are working. My heels are not super painful after walking a mile or more. They feel pretty good when I get up in the morning. I don't need to ice them after cutting the grass with a battery push mower. I think I'll be back to playing tennis in a couple weeks, which I'm thrilled about! I do find that I have to wear socks with these or my feet get too sweaty and slip around in them.
