I tend to get neck pain due to holding the phone to my ear with my head. And these days I've been on my phone far more than I should be. With this I've caused myself some neck pain and this massager is able to feel like I'm getting a massage with someone's hand on my neck and upper back. This is made of really good material it has not unraveled or had any kind of issues. I do wonder over time if I'm going to need to put it in boiling water or something because it is all Fabric and there's not really a method for cleaning it. However for now it's perfectly fine as is and it works for its intended purpose. I actually find this more enjoyable than some of the electronic massagers that I have.
