Boots seem to be good quality. Useful features like the plastic tab on the heel for getting the boots off and a strap to help pull them on. Very lightweight and comfortable, and they have worn in nicely after just one afternoon and a long morning walk. Not rubber wellies but will handle a bit of wet grass, and warm too. The quality looks good and could easily be a top brand that also has it's production in China, so these seem like a bargain at a fraction of the cost. So far so good. Might even buy another pair in black. Review: Excellent boots with one minor issue - Initially the material surrounding the ankle area was too rigid and didn’t flex so cut into your ankle; however, after dampening and flexing they became more flexible. After wearing them every day for about 2 months heavy wear now, I can confirm that they are: 1. Waterproof - I slipped into a pond and the only water ingress was when the water came in over top of boot. 2. Warm, especially when wearing 1000 mile socks. 3, Excellent grip on sole. 4. Comfortable , again with 1000 mile socks. 5. Heard wearing. Seem sturdy, again no issues after 2 months daily solid wear camping in woods and hiking . Would I buy again- definitely , I’ve already purchased the higher calf length ones. Only downside is price I think, but I guess you get what you pay for..!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wear them in first *by W***Y on 16 January 2026* Very good boots so far, the treads I very much doubt will last however, due to the use of rubber grips, which as I walk for approximately one mile on tarmac, will wear away. That said, once you are on the grass and mud etc, they really are brilliant and come into their own. I have had no problems walking up steep, muddy and very wet inclines and no leaks. The one down side is they do seem to need to be worn in before first walk.
