I had a set that I purchased from a red dot store and they were aluminum with stainless bottom, yes, induction capable but they warped on the first use. I do not cook on high heat on my induction cooking top because with proper use of the cookwear, it’s not necessary. This pan also is nonstick and I cook all my food with real butter and the heat distribution is excellent. My pan is still like new and I’ve had it for several months and have used it repeatedly.
