## Questions & Answers

**Q: My new toaster smells like burning plastic when toasting, how to fix it?**
A: Turn on the toaster to the highest mode without anything. Repeat 2-3 times, check whether it is still smelly. Please carry out this in an area with good air circulation. If still exists, leave it for 2-3 days and do the method above 5-6 times again.

**Q: Does the outside of the toaster stay cool when toasting?**
A: Outside and the sides of the toaster stay cool, but please do NOT touch the upper part of the toaster to avoid burns. The top part will get hot.

**Q: How long are the slots and the wide of slots?**
A: The slot length is 5.5'', and the slot width is about 1.5''.

**Q: How can I empty the crumbs? Do they empty easily?**
A: This toaster features the slide-out crumb tray and this tray can be cleaned up by dishwasher (except toaster ). Also, the cord wrap storage is right for your counter space.
