From freezer to microwave to dishwasher and use again and again. Great for portion control and getting ahead on meal prep for the week. Cheap enough if lost or thrown away it won’t make you cry.

These containers are great for storing cold items only. You cannot put your lunch in it and expect to heat it up the bowl will melt lesson learned.
