Review: I like corn, just not on the bottom of my foot! - Oh man, I had my first (and hopefully last!) corn on the bottom of my foot. Right under the ball of my foot, so was in a centralized, prominent location. I had been dealing with it for some time late winter. Per usual, I didn't do much about it at first, hoping it would go away. It just got more painful. I was thinking of going to the doctor to see what could be done when I did a little more research and decided to try this corn remover first. I'm happy to report this was super effective. I followed the directions, usually putting two layers of it on my foot at night. I would put it on in the morning as well on some days. I have to admit, some days I just didn't have time to mess with it. But I used it over two weeks, and the corn gradually went away. About week 3 I noticed a tear in the skin at that spot. There was the thickest amount of dead skin in that area that I couldn't help but just pull off. I guess this Salicylic Acid really did its job. But it is all healing over now, and I am pain free. It is a little tricky putting a drop of this on the bottom of your foot. For one, I'm not very flexible, so I was lucky to get my foot perpendicular to the ground. Which would want to make the Salicylic Acid drip down (gravity and all). So I put the drop just above the corn, and would use the tip of the bottle to spread it around over the corn. Sometimes I would have to use a tissue to wipe up the excess. I learned I could use my wife's hair dryer to dry it almost instantly and then put on the second coat. The 20ml size lasted for the whole treatment. I would guess I have close to half of it left. I'm going to save this in case I get another one anytime soon. For about $16 after coupon, this was a good value to get rid of this corn and save me a doctor visit. I would highly recommend this treatment.
