But I think the best thing for me though was the QR code on the side which allows you to scan their ap and it will guide you through over 250 exercises based on what muscle group you wanted to work. The Terra Core is a gas to use and takes every exercise to the next level, I was totally sweating like crazy after only an initial 10 minute work out. The funny thing was that even though I really only played around with it for a total of 20 minutes the next day when I was getting ready for work I was sore which is pretty unusual for me as working out is what I do. I can see this product being great for people just getting started to top athletes and I have to believe if losing weight is your goal the Terra Core will be a great tool. I just got this, filled it with the provided air pump and was immediately impressed with how solid this is. I'm 235 lbs, and this isn't phased at all with me bouncing on it. What I really like is just laying my back down on it and doing leg lifts and holding them in the elevated position. WOW, entire body wobbles as my legs are elevated and man can I feel my abs firing. Theres a lot of cool stuff you can do and it will hold a lot of weight so doing any arm work with dumbbells or curl bar is no problem. I am completely getting away from free weights and sticking with the flexible bands which you can easily attach to this. Yes it's pricey but really think its worth it. I am so glad I got this from my saved items on Prime Day and got about %30 off, very happy! So glad I waited, had it saved for several weeks. He loves using the Terra Core and has quickly seen results. The Terra Core is a product in which you can use in many different ways. You will not be disappointed with it. If you love to exercise and want an all in one product this is something that you need to purchase. Additionally, their customer service is great. After two weeks of using the product deflated and would not inflate anymore. I reached out to their customer service and they replied right away. They offered to send me a replacement and within 3 days I had the replacement at my home. I can't explain how grateful my husband was to have the Terra Core once again up and working.
