Mmm I thought when I saw it, it’s a bit small, anyway potted it up in some good quality compost added in Some fertiliser beads watered it and waited. From about 5th day onwards my little plant started behaving like Jack's beanstalk! It grew very quickly into a lovely healthy plant it looks great amongst my fatsias, ferns, grasses, bamboos and rhododendrons very tropical at very small cost, the plant was now over 3ft tall when disaster struck! The flaming'' little beastie ants decided they loved the plant as much as I did, (this is not the fault of the seller). I used sticky bandage to stop the ants crawling up and I cleaned off those on the plant leaves and stem hopefully it will be OK, it suffered some leaf damage 😡is now wrapped in a fleece over wintering in my potting shed and I feel confident that we will have a good plant next spring.
