I now survive on only this and small amounts of gf oatmeal. The taste isn’t terrible. It isn’t great by any means but not as bad as an actual infant formula would be. I mix mine in a bottle of water and just shake the bottle until it’s combined and drink from there. Sometimes room temp and sometimes cold, although when it’s really cold it doesn’t mix well. I can also drink the regular Neocate jr that doesn’t contain the probiotics but I tend to get constipated with it so I stick to the syneo version.
