I appreciated the extra screws and extra nut, though I did not need them. I used my own Allen wrench. The instructions were OK, with bags of screws labeled. Two side sections were not labeled, but it was easy to figure out how they went together. The frame work is metal. Overall, it looks good and seems functional.
