It took me less than 10-15 minutes to put a nail in the right place, add the few parts needed to attach, add the batteries and done. It's really easy to adjust the cuckoo by just moving the hour hand. Instructions are included. Brown color is rich, and except for a couple of plastic parts, it's all carved wood. Easy to turn it from loud to off. I absolutely love it.

I was in Austria over 55 years ago and bought a traditional Cuckoo clock that ran for many years and got too expensive to keep fixing. This is such a great replica and size of the model I had (still have, not working). It's almost an exact replica except free of maintenance and very easy to set up, and the price is great. It took me less than 10-15 minutes to put a nail in the right place, add the few parts needed to attach, add the batteries and done. It's really easy to adjust the cuckoo by just moving the hour hand. Instructions are included. Brown color is rich, and except for a couple of plastic parts, it's all carved wood. Easy to turn it from loud to off. I absolutely love it.
