Only problem was it warped when seasoning it. Temp may have been too high. I still heated it again and then used weights to reshape it flatter. Disappointed.After hours of research and learning, was highly disappointed in the performance of this very solid feeling griddle.It fits my Weber Genesis (5 burner) PERFECTLY! I placed it on the grill and preheated on Medium-Low to 400*F before seasoning it with oil. Spent an hour seasoning it, temp never got above 500*F, and everything went well. Turned off the grill and cooled it down until ready to cook smash burgers later in the evening.Dinner time... again preheated the grill on Medium-Low. When the temp achieved 400*F, added bacon strips and closed the lid to keep heat in (it's winter here in the PNW) and the temp did not get to 450*F before the griddle warped. During the cooking cycle, it settled flat again but warped again when adding the ground beef.Sadly, this product did not perform well at all. Return process was very easy.
