I am 5'11 , it perfectly suited for my height. A lot of adjustments are also there. Height adjustable ( ofcourse common in this segment) , adjustable headrest ( which helps me a lot while resting for couple of mins), and 2D adjustable armrests ( PS : not cushioned, some sort of PU material but comfortable enough) seat cushion is very broad and comfy and can sit for continuous work hours without any issue. Not to forget the back lumbar support which does the job.And yes it tilts till 135° . Ease of operation and chrome base feels very sturdy. Easy to assemble all the parts which took 15 mins in my case.
