The medium tip was too big for me as it will pop out after a few minutes. Tried the small tip and it fits comfortably for hours. I can still hear music clearly and can have conversations if speak loud enough and close proximity. It does muffled any high pitch or background noise like refrigerator or traffic outside or kids playing outside.
