The bag is really strong so it isn’t likely the milk would leak or anything can puncture it.I personally use this fine tip permanent marker to label and it works perfect on this bag - also a purchase from Amazon.The only downside to this is the measurement is very inaccurate. I never use the measurements on any bags because they are rarely accurate - so I just write down the amount from my pump.
