The kit contains: 1 agility ladder(20ft long 12 rungs), 1 soccer kick trainer, 10 cones, 4 metal stakes, 1 adjustable jump rope, 5 resistance bands, 2 paper training guides. Love that it also has the carry bag, so we can take it with us when we go away. One thing that could be better is the quality of the cones the cones are plastic but they arrive very warped and bent and I suspect won't last much longer.
