I called the number on the jar and was told it is BPA free (800-774-2678). It is not stated on the jar that I could find. **Q: Is it gluten-free?** A: It is kosher and gluten free! :) **Q: Is this peanut butter non gmo** A: The US and Canadian governments don't allow products to be labeled "certified organic" if they are GMO. It is necessary to stir vigorously to combine the oil and the peanut butter/ The oil separates as with all peanut butters that don't have additives. I turn the jar upside down for a short time, then turn the jar right side up to open and stir it. That helps. You can also pour off a small amount of the oil if you believe it to be too oily. This is a good value.
