To prevent auto power off don’t mute your tv, just turn volume to 1 and unit will stay on, on mute it will turn off after a few mins, power button brings it back to life and it resyncs with to tv no problem. Sound quality is very good for the £87 I paid on a prime day deal. There are three sound modes Dialogue, Sport and Movie and three levels of bass. I found voices crisp on all three sound modes which is often an issue for cheaper soundbars, I eventually settled on the medium bass setting as the best fit for my ears. Remote is easy to use but I’d keep the instructions handy so you know what the light combinations on the display mean.
