First thing you should know is that you won't be able to rely on this vitamin alone- it doesn't contain enough choline or iron so you may still need to take another pill. The second thing is that the peppermint oil while added to help settle upset tummies is unlikely to be problematic at the tiny amounts likely added but since you don't really know how much is there be aware that some people have reduced milk supplies from menthol and peppermint oil isn't great for ingestion.
