I just found this brand and am so happy that it is now a choice and available on the Subscribe and Save option for easy reordering.This Happy Belly pumpkin has a nice consistency and is not as watery as some other brands. It also has a nice sweet pumpkin taste right out of the can. I like the fact that it is organic since I am health conscious. It is also a product of the USA.Pumpkin puree is low calorie, low sodium and high fiber. A half cup of it contains only 45 calories. It is rich in potassium and iron and carries spices well in any dish I do use more pumpkin in my cooking than anyone that I know. I’m a vegan and pumpkin is such a healthy but neutral ingredient that I add it to a lot of meals, both sweet and savory. I also give it to my canine family members every day. I have tried every major brand as well as a multitude of store brands and Happy Belly organic is a really good choice.I eat pumpkin every day in my breakfast porridge.
