AT&T say to me when I complaint about I only get 4G service, AT&Truned the IMEI and told me this is 4G only blackberry not LTE.after research I discover unit is a 4G LTE. but only gets the LTE.service in Europe, Dubai, and Germany. not here in the USA. due to a limited number of LTE bands that the device can handle, so with that in mind I apologize to phone zone for my prior 4 starts review. now AT&T will tray to do some type of software update to see if we can correct the LTE band capability on the device. stay tune to see what happens next. and yes I will for sure buy more things from phone zone again.
