As I'm predominantly a cyclist, my training is mainly 'resistance' based. The aeroSling ELITE is a well build, solid and weighty piece of kit. It comes in a nice self contained, reusable bag, an accompanying DVD and wall chart. The unit is really easy to set up too. I simply wrapped it over the beam on the garage roof and secured it with the roll/bands provided, and that was it. It felt a bit strange the first time you try it as you're leaning on something you haven't trued before, but after a few goes, the confidence was there and the exercises began. In short there's quite a variety of upper/lower body exercises. I only use it for upper body mainly due to space restrictions in the garage, but putting that aside, the aeroSling ELITE is a great compliment to my work outs and offers great variety to keep things fresh. It's worth the investment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality *by M***R on 28 May 2013* My son was delighted with this equipment. It is excellent quality, presented in a handy carry bag, and also has a DVD! This has to be used attached to a door that closes towards you, so you must have sufficient space at the correct side of the door to use it. All in all a very good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A serious bit of fitness kit for experienced exercisers *by A***A on 23 May 2013* === OVERALL ===aeroSling ELITE including DVD and Door Anchor - RRP 3149.99Overall, a good value piece of equipment that I thoroughly enjoy using and which should last a long time.=== PROS ===- Sturdy build (shouldn't drop you from a height when you're exercising! - a reason these systems cost a bit - the well known system is TRX Suspension Trainer Pro Pack, which costs a lot more)- Very compact - easy to store as it takes up hardly any space- Lightweight and portable - easy to take with you to a workout in the park, or on holiday (yes, some of us do that!)- Excellent exercise booklet - probably the clearest I've seen- Enables the experienced exerciser to add instability, variety and fun to their fitness regime- Great for building core strength and balance (though the suspension element) to a home or outdoor workout=== NIGGLES ===- None of these systems are really suitable for beginners. You do need to know what correct form is before doing any body weight exercises, especially ones that add instability into the mix as suspension systems do. If you don't work out in perfect form, you won't be getting the most from the exercise and could (over time) injure yourself.
