Review: Pumps out the pond water quickly - I have a small pond in my yard for my dog to wade in. It gets very yucky from the wind blowing a lot of desert dirt in it and lots of bird droppings since they like to bathe in it when he isn't around. I needed to clean it out and refill it. This pump worked great to get about 99% of the water out. It went through a 25' hose and down the hill with no problem. I have used it twice to clean out the pond and will be using it about every 6 weeks to keep it clean.

I have a small pond in my yard for my dog to wade in. Initially, the pump worked well, however, it quit working within 6 months. Tried to find a customer service rep, but there are none! Sent 2 emails, and there was NO response. I would not recommend the purchase of this or any other Medas product for that reason. Too bad there's not an option for 0 stars!
