Measure one of you thighs at its widest part as show in the photo in inches - Choose the band size which matches your measurement in inches - VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PURCHASE ONE SIZE SMALLER THAN YOUR DIMENSIONS Size C - 52cm - 60cm Size D - 58cm - 65cm Size E - 62cm - 70cm To ensure a tight comfortable fit, choose a size smaller than your dimensions. The spandex / nylon material is soft and comfortable, so the smaller size will not apply excess pressure. When wearing the thigh band make sure the gel inside the thigh band is at the top. The gel will make sure the band does not slip. With over 100,000 sales we know these bands are of the highest quality, however if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send us a message.
