I need fuel that is in to-go form without all the nastiness of additives etc. I wasn't getting enough calories in the AM and decided to add more good fats to my diet to help. However most of them are savory or have little flavor.This chocolate mushroom ghee fit my needs perfectly! SO tasty and smooth! I grab a spoon and dunk into this ghee first thing in the am while I'm waiting on my coffee to brew. I prefer just eating it off the spoon (although its good IN the coffee). Its also good on toast or as an ice-cream topping.Overall- super satisfied that its grass fed, naturally (barely) sweetened, and full of nutrient rich mushrooms.
