She does notice a difference when she doesn't take them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seem to help reduce migraines *by E***E on January 12, 2023* After about a month of taking one pill a day, the occurrence of headaches / migraines seems to have reduced. It did not seem like it was helping at all for the first several weeks, but around day 27 my daily, constant, low-grade background headache seemed to lift. I’ve had a couple of headaches since, but it IS helping. It’s not a cure-all, that’s for sure. But any relief feels like a miracle when Tylenol and ibuprofen haven’t done anything to help for a long time. So even though it may not seem to be doing anything for a -while- keep taking it! Give it at least a month before you decide it isn’t helping. (There’s 60 tablets, so you should be able to tell without buying a second bottle) I will be buying this regularly. For me, it helps. The annoying thing is it makes urine a bright highlighter yellow, every day.
