We took her out for a couple hours in 85-degree weather, and this kept her cool the whole time--just on one battery. I also love that it has multiple speeds. One thing to note: If you don't want to run this by USB, you'll need to buy a charger for the rechargeable batteries it comes with, but it's well worth it.
