My breasts have been to sensitive to apply ice to them, the refrigerator has been more tolerable. I highly recommend these. Keep the fabric on them while applying the packs to your skin. I didn’t do that and it got stuck to my skin, I had to peel it off. It hurt. Always use the fabric when using the packs. I store them in a ziplock bag and throw them in the refrigerator, to keep them clean and moisture free. I used these at least once every couple of hours to help with my issues. It works. Must buy! They don’t exactly fit perfectly around my nipples but they do on my breasts which is where I need the heat/ice. I have used it in the microwave and I had no issue and it held heat for my entire pump session.
