Personally, I think they're flavor choices are kinda sad - def could do with more. But the sour cherry is delish. I love these things lol. Yes, just like with regular dip these can sting your gum for a second - but not nearly as long as with tobacco dip if using for the first time. It only stung my gums on the first pouch, and it lasted all of 3 sec. no big deal. and yes, I did feel energy as long as the flavor lasted.
