The dusting on top is nice flavour if you just suck from beginning and not tempting to chew straight away!!?This toffee is more may be sweet shop sticky, chewy toffee?? But I like the really hard one as it lasts longer and I don't eat so many!!? May be add some more beef gelatine to the toffee?? If the toffee was rock hard/ non chewable you would have a new regular customer as price is good for big bag..
