Moon phase on the front and Date and Name on the back!Tell us a date that is special to you (birthday, anniversary, etc) and we'll create a moon phase charm from that night. On the other side of the charm, we'll put the date like shown in the listing photo - or any other text you'd like. If you would like other custom text, leave that text in the drop down menu. Great for Mother and Child, Father and Child, Best Friends, Bride & Groom, Siblings, etc! IMPORTANT: Please leave your date in the drop down menu. Please include the date in these two formats to help ensure accuracy, example: January 28, 2005 & 01/28/2005 (MM/DD/YYYY). We use specific moon phase charts to calculate the birth moon, other charts could vary so if you want a specific moon phase, please let us know.  Choose this as a necklace or key chain. Also choose from 4 different metal finishes: Silver, Gunmetal, Antique Copper or Antique Bronze. See listing photos for samples of each and make your selection from the drop down menu. High quality realistic moon image is fused securely and permanently behind a thick glass round bevel.  Necklace comes with either a 24 inch ball chain (that can easily be shortened with scissors) or a traditional style link chain with lobster clasp. Charm measures approximately 1 inch in diameter. Key chain version comes with a matching 28mm key ring.  Please allow approximately one week to make your order plus applicable shipping time. Your lovely item will arrive in an organza gift bag.
