I bought these for for my niece's first baby and they are sooooo friggin' cute! She hasn't used them yet as Baby Boy isn't due until November, so I'm not sure how durable they are but they appear to be pretty well made. I figure, they won't have to withstand a great deal of wear and tear as the baby will only wear them for one day, and even if she has additional babies, they will still only be worn once and and then tucked away.
