**Q: Can I use royale legned glory spinning reel for bass fishing?**
A: Yes. It's like any other spinning reel used for bass.

**Q: Where are they made where are these made?  Cheap China white metal or somewhere with quality?**
A: They are made in China. The two I purchased have held up well and seem to be of excellent build quality. I'm not a metallurgist so I can't speak to that, and anyone outside of the manufacturer shouldn't attempt to answer that either. Call Kastking, they are very responsive and helpful, or at least they were to me when I reached out to them. If you are looking for US based reels check out ZeeBaas, IRT, or Penn (only a couple of Penn models though as they've moved most of their mfg overseas). However, all of those reels start at 500-600 and to get one with specs comparable to this reel you're looking at 800-1000.

**Q: How much does the size 2000 reel weight?**
A: The 2000 weighs 9.1 ounces

**Q: Will this reel handle 20 test ?**
A: Depending on what you’re targeting and what size reel you’re interested in. The 1000 size can handle 20lbs braid line and can get about 215 yards on the spool. There’s a specification chart in the listing as well.

I waited almost a year of saltwater to write this review. I beat the ever-loving life out of this reel, paired on my UglyStik GX2. I dropped it, stepped on it, carried it in my truck bed, got rained on multiple times, and it still works great. I go fishing 2-3 times a week and always bring it with me. I actually took it apart to re-lube all the immediate components in the reel and handle and its good as new. If there is one thing I would change, it would be to actually reduce the drag and spread it out over more "turns". It goes from loose to tight very fast, so it can be easy to overtighten and lose fish if you are not experienced on larger fish. FYI I am super critical of my gear, so this is not something I would normally go out of the way do.
