I keep them in the freezer and put them on my tired and/or swollen, allergy eyes. They don't stay cold for very long but I don't always have a lot of time. Cold should be done off and on anyway. Pop them back in the freezer or a bowl of ice water. These are lightweight and soft. My only criticism is that I would like them to be a little thicker with a deeper contour for a little tighter fit. ### ⭐ Not great *by E***B on August 30, 2021* They don't stay cold for very long and they don't fit the eye that well. I tried but realized I want something that can stick to my face. Two cases for each one which is nice. I think they’re about inches long.
