I then purchased the Audien Ion Wireless Rechargable model, & they were a game changer, as far as how they felt lighter in my ears. The volume & mode are easy to switch back & forth. It’s the same button, u just hold down for a few seconds until u hear a bloop sound & the number of bloops tells u what mode you’re in, whether for outside, conversation, restaurant, driving, etc. I have had these for 2 weeks & wearing them an hour or 2, to get used to them & have not had to charge the battery yet. Long battery life is a real plus! The clarity for conversations or watching TV is excellent. No more blasting TVs at my house! I really love these hearing aids. My brain just needs a little more practice of wearing them to get used to them.
