These New: Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotic has been a welcome addition to our daily regimen of supplements. The capsules are smaller than some other supplements we take and thus easier to swallow. They do not need to be kept in the fridge and also we prefer these to powder forms as there is no taste or smell to them. The only negative comment I have is the dosage: it states to take 1-3 but up to 5 a day with no clarification of the requirements for this. If needing to take 5, we would tjink tjis is too much and the bottle would offer little value for money as it would not last you very long.
