I used it to replace my old folding rack that had seen better days….I only wished I replaced it sooner. I expect to use it weekly, perhaps even more often. **Q: does this come pre-assembled?**
A: Yes it's fully assembled. It's a great drying rack - strong & sturdy. Very happy with it.

**Q: How much weight can be put on the rack?  I'm looking for a drying rack that I can dry my big king size blankets on.**
A: I haven't reached a weight limit on it yet and I've had it full of tennis shoes and jeans.  Doubled over the blanket should be fine.

**Q: How high off the floor is the lowest rung?  Trying to determine if I could set it over a small container on the floor?**
A: It is around 12 inches

**Q: Now that we have put it up there is no way to unlock it and fold it back up. We can not even return it. How does it unlock?**
A: You'll need to lift the two locking clips between the lower and middle tiers in order to collapse the dryer.
