A: No, they do not come with cases.  Sisu does make a case, but they're sold separately.

**Q: Why the holes ?**
A: The perforations in the SISU mouthguard act similar to the trusses on a bridge, allowing the structure to flex when an impact occurs.

**Q: Is this latex free?**
A: Yes it is latex free

**Q: Does this work on overgrown vimpre type teeth on the gums**
A: Should mold over it but not sure how comfortable it would be. Make sure you get the adult size not the youth.

Brilliant mouth gaurd. I used this to mold over braces, you will need to use foil so it doesn't stick on the braces when molding. This can be adjusted many times without it affecting the guard, I would use again with or without my braces as its slim but offers good protection.

Really easy to use and great for roller derby. Haven’t had any falls on my face yet (fingers crossed!) but I’m sure it will protect me if and when this happens... Lost a star due to the packaging being plastic which is bad for the environment.
