The new product functioned ok for three to four cooking cycles the fan again stopped functioning. It is better to go for a reputed tried and tested brand. This one for sure is not reliable. (1) prestige is not good in making air fryer. We had purchased this from amazon and we started using this a little bit late as my kid was admitted in hospital, so we got proper chance to use it after 6-7 days of purchasing. (2) suddenly it stopped working after the return days of amazon policy ended. (3) we missed the chance to return this product by 1 day hence amazon customer care were not able to help us (3) we only had the chance to get it corrected by visiting prestige repairing centre since this comes up with 1 year warranty. (4) now we are availing warranty after 7 days of purchase, which is too bad. (5) prestige is the worst in making air fryer.
