Review: Good if you need methylated vitamins - I have bought these 4 times so far. The taste is good, they dissolve fast and have helped get my vitamin count up. I cannot take iron orally and have a gene mutation that I need methylated vitamins. Sometimes the tablets do break, and they do have 3 or 4 different artificial sweeteners which I don't like that part but I haven't been able to find another vitamin yet that has what I need.

I have bought these 4 times so far. The taste is good, they dissolve fast and have helped get my vitamin count up. I cannot take iron orally and have a gene mutation that I need methylated vitamins.
