The quality of the renewed phone is great! There are some signs of wear around the charging port, but no scratches to be seen. Tested out videos, calls, etc. and all is working as expected. The battery health is at 83% which is terrific!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good phone, but “Excellent” condition is questionable

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro (Renewed) listed in Excellent condition. Overall, the phone works perfectly: performance, camera, Face ID — everything is fine. However, the cosmetic condition doesn’t fully match the “Excellent” grade. There are noticeable scratches and scuffs on the stainless steel frame, which are clearly visible and not minor marks. Also, the battery health was at 86% out of the box. While this is still usable, I expected a higher battery percentage for an “Excellent” renewed device. In summary, it’s a good and fully functional iPhone, but the condition description feels a bit optimistic. Keep this in mind if appearance and battery health are important to you.
