It looks great in the listing pictures but honestly, when I wear it I never notice the details on the medallion. They're very faint and there is no niello or oxidation to make them pop. I feel like I won second place in the Olympics with my big silver medal. Because of that I seldom wear it. I give four stars instead of three because I do like the chain style and its length, so I wear that frequently with other pendants. I do like the tassel, as well, which negates a little of the "Necklace of Champions" feel. For a lot of people, I'm sure this is just fine.
