I am a B / C and got the B and it fits really well - I would say go for the size you usually are. The only thing that is annoying is that I don't think you can use this more than twice as the stickiness tends to go pretty quickly (unless you wear a tight top that holds it in a bit) but maybe if you pop the cellophane that it comes with back on and put it back in the box this might make a tiny bit of difference? I wore this thing for about 12-13 hours straight and afterwards my breasts had bright rashes on. I don't thing its the product itself and just the lack of breathability so sweat collect in between the bra and my chest. Be careful with how long you leave it on for. Every person is different but just keep and eye out if it becomes constantly itchy.
