Review: I will buy again - I was a bit dubious trying this as some of the reviews stated that they had stomach upsets. I have been taking this with natural yoghurt and a spoonful of grains and it’s brilliant , no big deal with the taste, makes me feel well and healthy so I will be buying more.

Seems good may have helped with weight loss plateau. Contains ground flaxseed so must be refrigerated to keep it good for 3 months. Seems to last a while. I add it to natural yoghurt and have with a few prunes every morning.
