Review: From initial faulty unit replaced to Fully working and amazing display - TLDR: Received faulty monitor, power issue, returned to desertcart, Refunded, Repurchased same monitor that is fully working The first unit had an issue where after the boot up logo it would switch off after 5 seconds each time. I tried a different power cable, but it persisted. Since it was the day of delivery, I opted to return the unit suspecting the power board in the monitor was faulty. Putting this out there because it is a really rare circumstance for a brand-new monitor to arrive as. desertcart customer service was great, and they accepted the return. This was also after speaking with LG and them confirming such an issue would require coming in for repair (I'm glad I did not have to exercise that) and not just something you can troubleshoot. The second unit works perfectly. I highly recommend this screen for people who don't want to take the dive into OLED yet. VRR works amazing with PS5 thanks to the HDMI 2.1 ports. I am also enjoying the added screen real estate coming from 24". The response times are stellar as an FPS gamer and text looks pretty good when i need to work on documents. Overall recommend for someone in the less than 500 CAD price point as the monitor worth is debatable at MSRP, go for it when on offer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality monitor but has stuck pixels

I got one red stuck pixel (not a dead pixel) in the middle of the screen. I ordered a second one and it was worse than the first one I returned the second order since it had like 5-8 stuck pixels of different colors. Apart from that, really no issues. Colors are good, the stand is amazing, very responsive and feels high quality. However, I still don’t know why there’s such a big problem with the pixels. Both monitors I ordered had stuck pixels, just one had more than the other.
